I hate the fact that the shutter sound of the D700 is so loud that it wakes up our baby even though she's not particularly easy to waken. It’s almost as loud as Kiev 60 which was engineered by drunken Soviets somewhere around 80’s and it has twice as big of a mirror. Manufactures pay far too little attention to shutter sounds. Most photographers probably couldn’t care less.
